What we collect
When you create an account, we store your name and email address. When you create a portfolio, we store the resume or activity text you provide, the links you add, and the content of your generated portfolio.
How your resume data is used
Your resume and activity text is used only to generate and improve your own portfolio page. It is sent to our AI provider solely for that purpose. We never sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond the services needed to run ProofPage.
Storage and security
Your data is stored securely with our database provider (Supabase), protected by row-level security so only you can access your unpublished content. Published portfolios are visible to anyone with the link, which is the point, but you control what gets published.
Deleting your data
You can unpublish or delete any portfolio at any time from your dashboard. Deleting a portfolio permanently removes its content, sections, and view records. You can also request full account deletion from settings.
Analytics
When someone views a published portfolio, we record a simple view event (time, referrer, and browser type) so portfolio owners can see how their page is performing. We do not track visitors across other websites.
