1. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

2. Your content

You own the content you put on your ProofPage. By publishing a portfolio, you make that content publicly visible to anyone with the link. You agree not to publish content that is false, misleading, unlawful, or that infringes on someone else's rights. Portfolios should describe your own real achievements.

3. AI-generated content

ProofPage uses AI to organize and rewrite the text you provide. AI output can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing your portfolio before publishing and ensuring everything on it is accurate.

4. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no spam, scraping, attempts to bypass plan limits, impersonation of others, or use of the platform to host content unrelated to a personal portfolio.

5. Paid plans

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. One-time purchases apply to a single portfolio.

6. Termination

You can delete your portfolios and account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer

ProofPage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for outcomes of applications, admissions, or hiring decisions.
